1. No Guarantee of Service

  • Our app offers a paid service for retrieving call history; however, we do not guarantee that the requested data will be available.

  • Payment is made for accessing the service, not for the guaranteed retrieval of data.

  • By making a purchase, you acknowledge and agree that there is no assurance that we will be able to provide the requested information.


2. No Refunds

  • All payments are final and non-refundable, regardless of whether the requested data is retrieved or available.

  • Refunds will not be issued under the following circumstances:

    • The requested call history data is unavailable.

    • The user no longer needs the service after making a payment.

    • The user provided incorrect information.

    • The user is dissatisfied with the service outcome.

    • The user encountered an issue due to a device or network problem.


3. Exceptions (If Applicable)

Refunds may only be considered in cases of:

  • Duplicate payments made accidentally.

  • Technical errors in payment processing that prevent access to the service.

To request a refund under these conditions, users must:

  1. Fill out the Contact Us form.

  2. Provide proof of purchase (transaction ID or screenshot).

  3. Explain the issue in detail.
